All orders are shipped worldwide via FedEx, a trusted and reliable international shipping carrier. We take great care in packaging each handmade item to ensure it arrives safely at your destination.
PROCESSING TIME
Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Orders are processed Monday through Saturday
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
- Processing time begins after payment is confirmed through PayPal
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed
- During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 2 business days
SHIPPING TIMES
Transit Time: 3-6 business days (via FedEx)
Total Delivery Time: Approximately 4-8 business days from order placement

DELIVERY
Delivery Address:
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Delivery Confirmation:
- FedEx will provide delivery confirmation once your package is delivered

SHIPPING ISSUES
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or household members

We will work with FedEx to investigate and resolve the issue. Once delivery confirmation is provided by FedEx, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately

- Provide your order number and photos of the damage
We will arrange for a replacement or refund for damaged items at no cost to you.
Delayed Shipments:
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time:
- Check the tracking information for updates
- Contact FedEx customer service for status updates
- Contact us at support.anenterprises@gmail.com if the delay exceeds 10 business days
We will work with FedEx to locate your package and provide updates.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Refused delivery
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Unclaimed package
You will be responsible for:
- Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
- Return shipping costs charged by FedEx
- Reshipping costs if you want the package sent again
We will contact you to arrange reshipment or issue a partial refund (minus shipping costs).
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Before Shipment:
- You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it

After Shipment:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
